I’m Darlene Marshall, MAPP, an award-winning wellbeing coach, speaker, and course creator with a background in applied positive psychology, fitness, and resilience. For over 13 years, I’ve helped high-achieving women and organizations move from overwhelm to embodied wellbeing—blending science with deep self-awareness. I’ve taught inside Fortune 100 companies, coached clients around the world, and host the award-winning podcast Better Than Fine.
the qualifications:
A Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Applied Positive Psychology program, where my studies focused on how to facilitate personal transformations through the tools of lifestyle: movement, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, meditation, beliefs, and the relationship with the self.
