Darlene Marshall is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and thought leader at the intersection of fitness, wellness, and well-being. One of the few fitness professionals in the world with a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, her thesis at the University of Pennsylvania focused on how to sustain positive change resulting in lifestyle transformation.
With more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Darlene’s focus is on how to make sustainable, positive, lasting change in the lives of her clients and how to build an inclusive, science driven fitness industry that’s truly for us all.
