eBook: Strength Training for Yogis

I'm really excited to release my first eBook to the world.  I published this eBook after a month long Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand.  Some of the other students were asking me about the strength training and how it could enhance their practice, so I figured "why not!?" and put this together.  

The program itself is very simple, and designed for beginners.  You'll want to have access to a gym with free weights and cable columns.

Because I originally wrote it for my friends from Luna Alignment Yoga TTC I made it "Pay What You Will" - just fill in whatever you're willing to pay, or download it for free.
