Difference between wellness and well-being
Fitness industry focus on “what you’re doing wrong”. Positive Psychology the study of human flourishing. What it means to flourish and live life “above zero”.
What does it mean to focus on what’s being done well. What grows flourishing and wellbeing?
So many of us struggling in the space of “OK’ – life isn’t for just “being fine”. This podcast focus on purpose, meaning, positive emotions, engagement, flow, community. Human potential. What it means to be human.
This podcast will be: mixes of traditional philosophy and ancient wisdom, mindfulness meditation, and psychology examining the human condition when it comes to thriving and flourishing; plus modern science in physiology, nutrition, fitness and neuroscience; with a healthy dose of spiritual awareness. Also meaning and purpose and how to cultivate them in your own lives. Growth from trauma, suffering, and struggle.
